Hidden Beaches in Sydney
Sydney’s famous beaches are busy for a reason, but the city also hides small coves that many locals have never found. These ten are tucked into harbour headlands, national parks and quiet residential streets, and several are reached only by stairs, a bush track or by boat. None of them is listed as patrolled. Each entry explains how you get there, which facilities our records list and the nearest café we know of. Plan ahead, carry water and leave each beach as you found it.
